LEEDuser
Built on the Drupal 7 content management system, the website's core features include a forum, e-commerce, and a blog. Alongside the credit selection tool for LEED certifications, the forum is one of the site's essential features.
My role involved developing the front-end for the new website while continuing updating the current website. Updates included creating promotional graphic assets such as webinar materials, recreating or editing the structure of existing templates, and updating content in Drupal. Building the front-end structure for the new website required editing PHP templates using HTML, SCSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap.
The New Website
Similarly to the BuildingGreen website, the structure for the new website was completely recreated from scratch coding new templates in HTML 5, SCSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and customizing other plugins. Some components, such as the user profile, are part of a shared theme with the main BuildingGreen website. The new twig templates have been integrated with the Drupal 9 CMS.
My role focused on recreating the structure in line with the prototype I built, going through the testing process to check on compatibility with different browsers and screen sizes. The customization is a crucial part of the entire project, focused on enhancing the mobile usability.
