DERPA Animation

The animation is a teaser video designed to explain what is DERPA (Design, Engineering, Research, Product Management, and Analytics) and the role of the Product Lab. The animation outlines how the five capabilities focus on advisor needs and assist product managers in simplifying complex problems and identifying solutions.

As an initial step, the storyboards were crafted using a set of frames, each accompanied by a detailed script to guide the design of every scene. Once the storyboards were established, they were illustrated in line with the brand guidelines, ensuring consistent use of colors and typography throughout. This attention to detail helped maintain brand integrity and visual coherence.

After completing the illustration phase, the project progressed to the animation stage, where Adobe After Effects was utilized to bring the scenes to life with smooth transitions, dynamic effects, and engaging motion.
