Conference Material: Binder

I partnered with teams in Corporate Strategy to brainstorm ideas for the conference collaterals, exploring assets and formats that would best support attendees while aligning with the event's overall goals.

I collaborated with stakeholders across Corporate Strategy, Community, Data Analytics, and Compliance to develop and refine both the binder content and the accompanying PowerPoint slides.I designed the layout for the conference binder and collaborated with other teams on the associated activities and toolkits. This was the first conference to apply the newly updated brand guidelines, and I ensured all assets aligned with both the new branding and Compliance requirements.

I also managed and collaborated in the production and assembly, working with internal teams and going through quality check and delivering the final piece on time and ready for the conference.
