Conference Collaterals

A set of items has been designed over time for multiple conferences, including custom table tents, business cards, one-pagers, and folders with adhesive application. Each item was tailored to meet the specific needs of the event while maintaining a cohesive look across all materials.
All items were designed in line with the branding guidelines and went through Compliance and Branding review to ensure conformity with other company assets. The brochures focused on providing clear, concise information about the services offered by Consulting, including an example case study that helped illustrate the team's approach and impact in a real-world context. This gave prospective clients a tangible sense of the value Consulting could bring to their own projects. 

Beyond the design work itself, I contributed to strategic conversations around the overall conference experience, helping determine which materials would be most effective and how to guide stakeholders through the process. Sourcing the right printing vendor was another important aspect of the project. Once designs were finalized and approved, I worked closely with vendors to ensure a polished and professional final product for each conference. Some items were printed in-house for a quicker turnaround, allowing for greater flexibility when materials were needed on short notice.
